Slide 2

Recycle 6.6 million square feet of airpark land assemblage into a five million square foot mixed use development project, around a R&D Campus.

The JV incubates the R&D Campus by constructing a Energy Tech Institute with labs, Conference Center and  infrastructure, such as the parkway, utilities, water, transport, guideway, broadband, WiFi, and other shared infrastructure. The institute is described on slide 3. It will include an o-line Research Brain Trust, green Bond Authority and management by a Consortium. This will  be used to attract companies to locate a field office, shop or lab at Airpark Village or the surrounding industrial area on the south side.

With the world running out of cheap and easy to access oil, the increasing costs will lead to huge disruptions of our economy. There are many solutions to this crisis including alternative energy and new modes of transport.
